After doing a lot of table tennis training, iv managed to master the fundamentals. Now I want to increase the speed and control of my strokes and I want to start on my muscles. What muscles should I start to build?

For speed the most important muscle are the legs. This is where you get your speed and also your balance to push off.
Lesson 7 focuses on the forehand and backhand topspin against backspin strokes. This is an important stroke in your development as it lets you turn defence into attack.
