After doing a lot of table tennis training, iv managed to master the fundamentals. Now I want to increase the speed and control of my strokes and I want to start on my muscles. What muscles should I start to build?

Hi Andre,

For speed the most important muscle are the legs.  This is where you get your speed and also your balance to push off.
