My FH isnt consistent

Hi guys i have a tournment this saturday and i dont think im going to play well because of my FH.

My FH is not consistent in my opinion my BH is much better than my FH and i dont feel confident for my next tournment .

please help me when my FH works its a really good and Fast stroke like my BH do you have any advices to help me ?

Hi Joshua,

In the next few days focus on the things that you are doing well.  It is easy to focus on the negatives.  Think about how you are going to win points.

Base your game around trying to play your backhand.  Also focus on controlling your forehand. You will be surprised how well it can work in a match situation if you are not trying to do too much with it.

Good luck with the tournament.  Just focus on doing your best.
