Nervous during games

I get really nervous during games which makes me lose some of my games. did you get nervous in your games, can u tell me some ways to control it.

Hi Aseem,

I did get nervous during games.  I think every player does at some stage.

One simple technique to use is to take a few seconds to take a long slow deep breath.  Count 6 in hold for 2 and count 7 out.  Focus on the breath throughout the process.  Then once you have completed the breath focus on your tactic for the next point.

This will help you to calm yourself.
