Mental Preparation
I am practicing from last 4 years(approx), but still when i play a tournaments i get scared, and i cannot put forward all the tricks that i have learnt with my teammates and coach. How can i recover from it ?

This is something you can get better at. It is important in training to put yourself under some pressure. Focus on really hitting each shot well or more consistently. Really challenge yourself in training as well so that when it comes to a game you are better adjusted to the feeling of being under pressure.
You will get better at this area as well. Four years isn't a long time to learn about these feeling in matches.
