Hello Alois!
Im not playing in a table tennis club but I play frecently with friends and family. As you know I have had as a goal to beat my father who is a former pro player in a match and I finaly did today. (Wihoo) But now I dont have any goals, Im already beat all my friends. Do you have any tips on goals you can have when your not playing in a club? I still want to improve myself but its easy just to goof around all the time if you dont have any goals.
Thanks!
Isak
Hi Isak,
Well done. You have obviously improved really quickly.
You can start to set yourself a goal of beating your Dad consistently now. It could be that he will still win sometimes against you. Then you can think about the scores that you win against him.
Follow this up by still searching for a club that you can join. That will really open up the possibilities.

I cant describe what an amazing community you have built here, it have exceeded all of my expectations. I mean not only that you and Jeff are extreamly helpfull and educational, you also strike me as genuine nice guys who wish everyone the best. Its hard to describe but it feels like ive never felt more welcome. The warmth and fellowship that exist among everyone in pingskills is just something you cant find any were else. And trust me ive lookt for a table tennis community for a long time but never found anyone in my liking, untill now. Give yoursef a pad on the back and Keep it up! Thanks again
