Hi,
I look forward to start training with your 52 week training plan for which I just signed up. As part of the package I can apparently ask you a question and send you a video. Can you give me some advice on how to send you a video as there’s no information on your Site that I can find.
Could you give me some more detail on what type of questions and what type of videos I should record to get the most value out of these sessions.

Thank you very much in advance.

Hi Janos,
Welcome to the team. I'm thrilled that you've joined us and are keen to dive into the 52-week training plan. It’s great to have you on board, and I look forward to helping you improve your table tennis skills. Regarding sending a video, typically, the easiest way to share it is by uploading the video to a cloud storage service such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or YouTube (set as unlisted if you prefer privacy). Once uploaded, you can share the link with us directly. If there's still some confusion, don’t hesitate to reach out, and we can guide you through the process.
As for the type of questions and videos you should consider for these sessions, here are a few tips:
1. Questions: - Ask specific questions related to areas you feel need improvement. Try to relate these directly to things that happen in a match situation. You can also ask for advice on strategy, such as “What serve is most effective against an aggressive forehand player?”
2. Videos: - Record videos that show your game play during matches or practice sessions. This allows for practical feedback on your playing style, strategy, and technique. - Include videos focusing on specific skills you are practicing, like serving, forehand or backhand strokes, footwork, etc. It’s beneficial to include both drills and match play so I can see how you implement skills in different contexts. These only need to be very short about a minute maximum for me to get a feel for what is happening.
Remember, the more specific your questions and the clearer your videos, the more tailored and effective the feedback I will be able to provide. Looking forward to seeing your progress and helping you develop your table tennis skills. As a Premium member, feel free to send your first video whenever you're ready.
We show you how to work out your opponent quickly. What do you need to look for and then how do you break them down?
