New player ambidextrous

Strokes

I'm new to serious table tennis and never had lessons:

Going to have some issues because:
I am ambidextrous and dominate left hand inside... right hand outside..

Shoot guns left
baseball bat right
shoot basketball left
throw American football right
kick right
eat left
write left
pitch right
fight both :)

I feel comfortable serving right only but have historically switched hands during play.
How do I find the proper balance. I plan on purchasing a robot and all of your lessons to help have a good start to the game. Any suggestions would be helpful!

Hi Lee,

That is more mixed up than me.

I think it is best to find one dominant hand and stick with it for Table Tennis.  YOu need to experiment a bit and find which is most comfortable.  If you are comfortable serving with your right I would probably start with that as your first option.

Good luck with it and let us know how you get on.
