I don’t have a rating system. But if they feel good and you are able to play your strokes then they are good for you.

one more doubt when i go back back hand hit tends to fall low or just doent have much speed that i generate usually when am up close i have to work little hard to achive that speed but i get a greater curve angle and lot of spin with dipping movement i would like to ask u how to get a little more speed. spin and curve angle are great but it laks speed it is gud with average or semi pro when i play with a pro the they seem adpat because of less speed than usualy

Hi Nishant,
To get more speed now you can hit the ball flatter or just move your arm through the stroke faster.
