Alois, please how do you develop your weaker hand properly?

I don't think this is a priority. If you are thinking about trying to switch hands in the rally, I think that will just come in a desperate situation. You will get more benefit from just training with your dominant hand.
The forehand chop is a defensive stroke played away from the table. It is mainly used by defenders but can also be incorporated into an attackers game when forced away from the table.
