I only have one training per week. I don't think that is enough. Can you suggest something else I can do to improve my table tennis?

You could try some of the suggestions we have in our Practicing Alone lesson.

Those are just some ordinary exercises for me to get the feel of the bat. But it won't really help me much on the table
