When I practice the Forehand Topspin, I always hit my head. How do I avoid this?

Hi Chris,

You need to stop before your head or get your hand to touch your head rather than your bat.

Chris, use aversion therapy.  Stick some pins into the bat edge.  You'll stop pretty quickly then, I'm betting  :)

I sometimes have a bad habit of not rotating my body properly when playing a forhand. I have hit my own free hand ruining my own shot. Fortunately i haven't injured myself. I will pass on the pin idea though. Maybe i should try holding an egg in my free hand!
