Hi. How do we know the para players rank?

Hi Jason,

You can find them here. http://www.ipttc.org/rating/. This gives you the ratings for each classification.

Yes they can and often do.

Para players are rank after an unrated player beat 2 different rank players depends on his or her classification class.
