Hi Alois,
I'm a table tennis player who's very weak at serves, I only use simple chop serves. I've watched your video of the reverse pendulum serve but I don't get it. Should I hit the ball with the paddle flat? Should I toss the ball very high? How should I do the pendulum serve?
Another question, I recently bought a paddle with the rubber sticky, so it got dust all over it. How to clean a racket without using expensive sponges, etc. If I often wet a racket will it lose it grip?
Hi Frank,
For the reverse pendulum serve you need to have th forehand side of your bat facing in towards your body so that you are hitting the side of the ball which is furthest away from you. You can toss the ball as high as you feel comfortable, you just need to give yourself enough time to perform the action in full.
The Pendulum serve is performed by having the forehand side of your bat facing away from yuor body.

To clean your bat just use a sponge with some water on it and wipe it over. This will not harm your rubber as long as the sponge isn't abrasive.
