Hi Alois,

Will Pingskills ever develop a bat made for people who use the penhold grip?

Hi Kabeer,

We used to have one but there  was little demand.  Maybe in  the future we can do one again.

Tone is in Your Fingers

There's is an old saying about guitar playing - tone is in your fingers. And If you've ever seen a really good guitarist play an old guitar then you'll understand how true that saying is. I know we go on a lot about this topic but it is so true. Once you've got yourself a decent bat, it's no longer up to the equipment, it's up to YOU!

Thanks Alois.

By the way, my game hasn’t improved dramatically ever since I started learning from Pingskills. I hope to keep improving.

I suppose we can use shakehand rackets for penhold grip?

I used to do this Benzene but when I used a penhold racket for the first time I realised there was a difference for me.

i think it’s a matter of preference

Shakehand rackets tend to have big handle which interferes with penhold.
ALso,some players like the additional piece of wood that penhold-only blades often have.
