Penhold grip videos

okay so i have been looking at your videos and in all of them you use shakehand grip. i am a penhold grip player so is the techniques the same for the penhold as well

there is 1 video on the difference between shakehand a penhold but it does not really give you to much of an idea. so is the stuff you teach with the shake hand grip the same for penhold as well

Hi Varus,

The technique for all the forehand techniques is very similar with both shakehand and penhold.

For serving you have a natural advantage because you are able to use your wrist in a larger range of movement.

Take a look at the lesson on Using the Penhold Grip.  This will show you the correct backhand techniques as well.
