Strokes

Hello Alois. I would like to know how to improve the consistency of my RPB shots. The current method I use to return the ball is to wait until the ball drops to a certain level and I use a lot of wrist action when returning the shot. when I send the ball into the net, is this due to not producing enough lift on the ball?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Jon,

This could be as simple as opening the angle of your bat a little.

I was watching Ma Lin doing this shot yesterday while training here at the World Championships. It is an awesome sight to behold.  The amount of wrist that he is using is phenomenal.
