your video Penhold techniques for table tennis was very good and gives most of detail for penholder's but the main disadvantage of that video is that it do not give the detail on the forehand smash. please a make a video which give detail on forehand and backhand counter hitting.

Hi Nikhil,

Thanks for your kind words about the Penhold Techniques for Table Tennis lesson. The reason we didn't cover it specifically is because the forehand smash is exactly the same as with the shakehand grip.  Take a look at the Forehand Smash lesson we have on our free lessons.  You can copy this technique.

The same applies for the forehand counterhit. The backhand counterhit is described in the Penhold techniques lesson.

Anticipation

How is it that a player can always seem to get back those extremely fast topspins? Is it their incredible anticipation? The key to good anticipation actually lies in tracking the ball well. When you watch the ball closely your peripheral vision will pick up your opponents movements and with lots of practice those signs will help you anticipate what your opponent is going to do. This happens naturally with lots of experience. So it it your job to ensure that you are tracking the ball really carefully.
