About penhold technqie i have a big problem with it  that i can't do a good forehand technique my ball is always  going off the table or inside i can't do a real and good top spin with it :'(  CAN I HAVE SOME HELPS please

Hi,

Take a look at the lesson we have made on Penhold Techniques for Table Tennis.  This should help you with your technique.

Really focus on the technique of your forehand.  It is very similar to the technique of shakehand for the forehand.  Also take a look at the Forehand Topspin lesson and you can copy the same techniques.

Strawberry Flick

The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.
