excuse me sir it’s kind of tough to play players that are 7’0 is there any way other than hitting in the middle to them if so can I beat him using some technique.

It is good you are thinking about the middle area. Then you need to look at other areas of their game like you would with any opponent.
It may be their forehand, backhand, return of a particular serve.
