Hello, what I really wish to know is the perfect position for forehand topspin.
The positions of legs?the transmition of my weight to the left foot(because I'am righthanded)?
The work of my hips?should i rotate them and how much?
The position of my hand? And the most important, the perfect position of my table tennis bat when I wish to hit the ball? This means how much should it be closed and for how much should i use the wrist?

Hi Persson,

Take a look at the lesson we have on the Forehand Topspin.  This will show you the key elements that you need to think about.

Once you have those then you can start to incorporate the hips and your legs.  It all needs to be one coordinated movement.  Try to make it as natural as possible.

Don't get too hung up on the small details of technique.  Work on the basics and then do it many, many times.  It will all start to flow.  It is a bit like learning to walk.  You didn't worry about the movement of your left toe when you were learning.  Just do it.
