Hi coach,
I am working on staying lower with a slight forward lean stance during rally
Are there weight training exercises I can do to improve physically?

Hi Andy,
I think that skipping and squats are 2 good exercises that you can start with.
That forward position requires some strength and it is often also just a matter of getting used to being in that lower position. The skipping will help you with the explosive movement from that position.
