Our homeowners association just purchased a Newgy 2050 ping pong robot. Do you think that working out with this unit could be helpful in gaining improvement in my level of play?

Hi Joel,
Take a look at our blog about robots Table Tennis Robots to get our thoughts on this.
Basically it is worth practicing with it if you don't have good training options.
