Ping Skills Touch Bat

Hey Alois and Jeff,

I just want to start off by saying that I recently received the Ping Skills Touch with Xiom Vega Pro, and I Absolutely ADORE it.  It works perfectly for me.  I never knew a bat could be so powerful and yet have such good balance with control!

I saw that the bat came in a packaging with Stiga logos on it.  Does this mean that the Ping Skills Touch is an actual Stiga blade with the Ping Skills Logo covering it, or does it mean that Stiga just sponsors the making of an original Ping Skills bat?

I just wanted to see if there were any stats on the bat online and/or to see if there were any forums that have commented on the particular blade.  Thanks!

Hi Curtis,

Glad that you like it so much.  We are really pleased with the bat as well. Both Jeff and I are now using the blade with XIOM Vega Pro as well.

The Stiga tape is just used to seal the packaging.  The PingSkills Blade is not a Stiga brand.

It has a speed of 7.8 and a control rating of 8.2.  The weight is 83g and it is a 5 ply blade.

 Speed  Control  Weight  Plies
7.8 8.2 83g 5

Choosing a Table Tennis Bat

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.
