im having a tournament on friday (my first)!

pls alois give me some tips and wish me good luck pls!

another thing is my grip... i am going to put my thumb touching the rubber on fh and on bh is it ok? because i used to slidely change my grip when doing fh and bh 

pls answer as quickly as possible because i need to practise

Hi Giorgos,

The first thing is to make sure you do everything as normal.  Don't try to do something different now, it will not change so quickly.

The best players just go out at tournaments to do their best not to do something different or better.

Keep your grip the way you normally have it.  If you want to change it after the tournament then you can give it a try then.
