the type of game I play is heavy chop, spin serves and slow loops I use a 1.5mm rubber on both sides of the bat to prevent me from sending the ball too long. when I play against pimple bats despite my best efforts I cant seem to play the ball with no spin & consequently I end up struggling to keep the ball on the table long enough to win many points. Have you any ideas please

Hi Simon,

When playing against a flat ball from a pimple bat, you need to lift the ball a little more.  The no spin ball actually comes through like it has backspin or it feels heavy.

Use a more vertical topspin stroke to get the ball over the net.
