Sir my opponent has short pips thus i want to know a proper technique to play with him the ball always lifts when i try to push his return from short pips i would be looking forward to your answer thanks in advance

The short pimples is not able to generate as much spin as inverted rubber.
So if they push the ball with short pimples it may look like there is a lot of spin because of the stroke but there will be less spin. So you need to adjust your stroke for this. That is why at the moment the ball is going too high on your return.
