Training
If we play table tennis to the short tt table , then it is helpful for us or not?
what is the advantages and disadvantages.
pls tell me
Hi Akash,
It may help you with a bit of touch but it is not all that useful overall in your training.
The forehand and backhand topspin strokes are two of the most important strokes in table tennis. In lesson 6 you start playing these strokes first by getting someone to throw the ball to you. This makes it easier to get into the correct position and concentrate on the correct start and finish position, and the essential brushing contact. You can then progress to using this in a rally where your training partner learns to block the topspin back.

hiiiiiii,
pls tell me when i playing a rally game from my opponent then i loose my patience and tempered, means when i play 7 or 8 balls in a single point, then i will play the ball outside the table or in the net.
so, what is the basic thing to remove the tempered between the rally. (this is my basic thing to loose my points in the game)
pls tell me?
