I play well in practice but in the game i'm not able to play even good if he is my friend or a rival i never able to play my game

Hi Ashwin,

The main thing I find is that players get too focused on the result.  There is a place for that of course, but you need to also make sure you are focused on playing well.  This focus on playing good Table Tennis will mean you are more likely to improve your level and play closer to your potential.
