hi Alois, when I don't practice table tennis for some days or when i play before warm up i can't perform my tricks accurately but after warming up I can play pretty well. My question is that how would i perform my tricks accurately in a tournament because i may not get the time or table to warm up in the tournament.

Hi Abhinav,

This is something you need to start to get used to.

When you train, sometimes try to play matches early in your session to get used to playing well without much warm up.  The more you do it the better you will become at it.

You can also do other things like making sure you are physically warmed up well.  This is something you can do by yourself at a tournament and without a table.
