Dear coach,

I know it's a matter of concentration but I can't help and I keep losing the first set of my first game of any competition. This, as a consequence, makes me play under pressure because I always need to come back and give my opponent this easy start.

Any suggestions?

Hi Salvatore,

It could be that you are not preparing sufficiently before the match.  Try making sure you do a good warm up both physically and on table.  Before you start the match you should have a sweat and have practiced everything up to playing some serious points.

Give this a try before some matches and see if it helps you.
