Where is most suitable place to serve and what is the step should i use to face a serve?

Hi Sanjaya,

You can serve from a lot of place.  The key thing to think about is to find a position that allows you to get into the ready position quickly after you serve.

To receive stay in the centre of the table taking into account the angle that the other player is serving from.  We also have a lesson on this for our Premium members on Receiving Position in our Receiving Secrets section.
