or i must do some training with my hand

Hi Kongrit,

A lot of the power comes from timing and getting all the muscles to move in the right direction at the right time.  It is not so much a matter of how strong your hand or even arms are.

Practice, practice, practice is the only way to get this better.  That is how Chen Qi is able to hit the ball so fast.
