i have been stop playing table tennis for 3-4 months, do you have a training method for me to recovery?

I think the best thing is to just get out on the table and do a lot of consistent hitting training for the first session or two. After that you will feel like you have never had a break.
In this session we continue to focus on your footwork. This week we introduce 4 ball footwork drills including my favourite exercise - The PingSkills Drill. We also start work on developing a new serve.
