Hiya, How do i practice with weaker players? I generally get bored and tend to make mistakes. I sometimes get setup with beginner / weak players in our practice sessions. How do I make the most of it?

With good players - Is it better to train with a 3* ball as opposed to a 1* one?

Hi Shaun,

There are a few things you can do when practicing with weaker players.  Set yourself a task such as practicing your forehand or using more backhands during a game, practicing your control and placement, practicing any particular strokes.

It does become frustrating if you have to play with weaker players all the time but try to find things to work on.

If possible train with 3 star balls but often if you are doing multi ball training and you need a lot of balls it is fine to use training balls.  I use Yasaka Training Balls for most of my training.
