Practice without bat ball table

Hi Alois,

My doubt is how to practice TT without a table ball bat etc.etc.This is because I'm out of station and dont have those things in this place.But i badly want to practice something related to TT or TT itself. Please help me...

Hi,

You can train your fitness in this situation. 

You can also do shadow swings without a bat.  That is, you do the strokes and focus on the movement of your body, trying to get the movements correct.  You can do these really slowly at first to make sure you have it right.You can also practice your footwork movement doing this as well.
