Hi PingSkills, there's a senior that tell me not to practice at night (he said that it's better to play it at morning - afternoon) because when I old, my head will often hurt and also the bone (because of the sweat) and also not to take a bath after when there's a lot of sweat (except if the water is warm/hot)
is it true ? But all the time that I can practice is only at the night (except holidays) because I don't have time to practice it
so what must I do ?

Hi Frendy,

I don't see any harm in practicing at night.

As for taking a bath I don't know.  I do know that a lot of players take very cold, even ice baths after training to help with muscle soreness.

Hmm.. I don't know either... because what I know is that at the night everyone must not take a bath (this thing is very common in my town) because it'll take bad effect when we're old
but I don't know is it true or not... so it's no problome right ? by being practice every night ?
thank you for the advice ^^
