Hi 

If im bored at home with nothing to do and then decide to practise my forehand loop without a ball or bat would it help improve my table tennis

Hi Jimmy,

Yes it would.  As long as you practice it correctly.  Try doing it in front of a mirror and make sure it looks like the forehand technique that you know to be correct.
