Apart from blowing the ball and wiping the hands on the table, what other prepoint routine are there? Because those 2 aren't allowed in my upcoming tournament due to covid 19

There are a lot of things that you can incorporate into your pre point routine. The main thing is to find something that allows you to cal yourself and is a routine that you can be comfortable with repeating even in stressful situations.
Try to make the routine just a few seconds long as there isn't much time between points.
