Hi Alois can you tell me how to practice precision in table tennis?

Hi John,

A simple way to do this is to put some targets on the table. You can just use a piece of paper on the table as a target. As you get better you can fold the piece of paper smaller and smaller.

Just by placing your serve better, you'll be able to win more points. Think about what happens when a good server plays you. What positions do they serve to that you find difficult. Try serving to similar positions yourself. We give you plenty of time to practice serving with placement in this week's training session.
