I want a premium membership for one month only, but apparently you charge my paypal account every month.  How do I get one month only to try it out?

Hi Edgar,

What you need to do is cancel your membership during your first month.  Even if you cancel after 1 day you will still gain access for the full month that you have paid for.

I hope this explains it for you. If you have any other questions, please let me know.

Hello Alois and Jeff,

I also am thinking about becoming a "PremiumMember" and want to know. If I pay for a one month membership can I view all the video's you have for Premium Member's??? Also, if I am able to view all the video's can I download the ones I like the most to my tablet?

Hi Steve,

If you sign up for a month you can see all of the premium videos and you can download 10 videos each month.

Okay great!!!

I don't have a PayPal account. Can I use a Credit card??? If so will it be a safe transaction??? Also, when I becoming a Premium member how long will it take before I am able to start viewing the video's???

 Let me know,

Thanks Alois. :-)

Hi Steve,

You can use a credit card without a PayPal account. Even when you do this we use PayPal to ensure that the security is in place. So when you choose a plan you'll be taken to the PayPal website and you can enter your credit card details. Once you've made the payment you'll have access to the videos straight away.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Cheers,

Jeff.

I don't know how it works for others but for me PayPal is a big discouraging factor to become a premium member. I had an account once, something went wrong with it later and now it has become unusable while I cannot recreate an account because my email-address is already known with them. I tried fixing it for a while and then gave up. For me service providers who work through paypal are simply a no-go. If it's only me who suffers from this, then it's my problem, but if it is structural, you may want to review your policies.

Thanks for the feedback Dieter. We will have to look at other methods. PayPal makes it easy for websites like ours to take payments as it takes care of all the security and all the banking details. As I mentioned you don't actually have to create a PayPal account, you can just use their secure service to pay using your credit card details as you might with any payment provider.

We will investigate some alternatives to see how complicated they are to implement.
