hi coach.
i have an important match next week and i am so nervous about it what should i do?
Hi Dola,
The first thing is to think about enjoying the experience.
During the matched if you feel like you are starting to feel nervous, then you can take a deep breath. After the breath, think about the tactics you are going to use for the next point. If you try to tackle the whole tournament at once it will be difficult. Tackle each point as it comes along and soon the tournament will take care of itself.
