I am having trouble with doing the backhand flick please help.

Hi Tri,

What is happening when you are doing the stroke?

It is important to start by doing the action correctly.  Start with the racket face very open facing the net and then on contact put a little topspin on the ball.  Make sure you watch the Backhand Flick a few times and then also video yourself doing the stroke to see if you can spot the differences.
