Problem with reverse pendulum serve

whenever i try the Reverse Pendulum serve i always end up hitting the ball in the net.

is this the problem with my service stance. or am i hitting the ball with improper angle

Hi Gangadhar,

It could be as simple as where the ball is bouncing on your side of the table.

Try to get the ball to bounce really close to you on your side.  You can hit the ball quite hard if you do this.  

Also try hitting the ball from a little higher.  So when you throw the ball up hit it a little earlier before it falls lower to table height.

Both of these things will give the ball more chance of bouncing over the net.
