Strokes
Greetings coach. I have problems in hitting backhand. I saw your video on how to hit backhand topspin and counter hit. I still have problems in hitting it. When i get a ball on my backhand side i usually chop it or hit a block shot away from my opponent and sometimes take a risk and hit a backhand flick. My backhand flick is a very effective shot but my accuracy with it is really low. I land 4 out of 10 flicks on the table that my opponent either struggles to return it or is unable to return it. But i need to improve my backhand and the best way is to ask the coach(s) who taught me how to play table tennis. My guru. So can you please recommend me some tips on how do i improve my backhand?
Thank you.
