Problems with RPB sidespin flick

Hi Alois and Pingskills

i develop my RPB but i still have problems against backspin balls, when i'm recieving and i try to do a backhand sidespin flick, the simply don't go over the net...what i can do??

Hi Cristh,

You will need to get more under the ball to get it over the net.  The face of the bat that is hitting the ball should face more to the roof.

The angle for this is a little more natural than with the shakehand grip.  In fact it was the penholders that started doing this return first.  Keep experimenting with the angles till you get it right.
