Hi Alois why does tomkazu harimoto always push long to the opponent's elbow of return of serve when he doesn't flick?

Hi Tam,

He has a very good counter attack.  By pushing to the elbow, it makes it an awkward attack for his opponent and allows him a little extra time to make his counterspin.
