Hello sir , I hold the racket in a shakehand grip . But I've often noticed that I hold it very tight while hitting a topspin, because my hands sweat a lot and have a great risk of slipping the racket . Should I hold the racket loose while hitting a topspin? And will holding the racket tight or loose will affect my game a little or a lot?

Hi Shivam,

It is best to be able to hold the racket loosely as this allows you to use your wrist and arm more freely as well.  Wipe your hand dry between points.  This is really important to make sure the bat doesn’t slip.
