Hi alois and jeff... I had posted about my racquet selection earlier on this forum...i have a donic appelgren all round ply with yasaka mark v and gki long pips nano attack....i assembled this racquet as when i used to play with my beginner racquet for about a year i preferred blocking and chopping....initially it looked as a good combination but now i dont seem to use my long pips to advantage and i end up twiddling my racuqet and just use yasaka mark v and if i dont seem to get much time to twiddle between shots i just lob the ball back or push it towards the opponents side....i really want some help about this as to what so i be doing right in order to get the appropriate outcome from my racquet or whether should i change it...

Hi Shubham,

If you are not using the pimples to effect then change to an inverted rubber on that backhand.

Tone is in Your Fingers

There's is an old saying about guitar playing - tone is in your fingers. And If you've ever seen a really good guitarist play an old guitar then you'll understand how true that saying is. I know we go on a lot about this topic but it is so true. Once you've got yourself a decent bat, it's no longer up to the equipment, it's up to YOU!
