Hi!pingskills.iam 13years old.iam around 5feet.i have a problem in ready position.when i stand my legs wide apart i feel very low to the table and loose balance.what should i do

Hi Harikrishnan,

Maybe you have your feet too wide.  You should feel very balanced when you are in the ready position.

Try standing a little taller with more bend in your knees.

Thanks for the advise.now i feel better while standing tall and bending my knees more.
