Receiving high toss serve

i'm not able to pick a high toss serve. when i try to do it the ball lifts up high in the air and the opponent bangs it with a smash. can you tell a way how can i prevent it??

Hi Utkarsh,

It sounds like you are not picking the amount of spin on the ball.  The high toss serve often results in more spin than we expect.  If the ball is always going too high on the return then aim lower.  You may even want to play a flick stroke at it.
